We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and Mexico.
1. Order Processing Time
At Coastal Lane Boutique, we take great care to prepare your order promptly. All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive and confirm your payment.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during non-business hours will begin processing on the next available business day.
During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience during these periods and will always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining quality and accuracy.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Coastal Lane Boutique currently offers standard shipping only, which is free of charge for all domestic orders within the United States.

The estimated delivery timeframe for standard shipping is 5–7 business days from the date your order ships.

We do offer expedited, express, or overnight shipping, this cost must solely be covered by the customer. Please contact us to request overnight or express shipping!
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, local carrier operations, and any delays due to weather or other uncontrollable events.
Please note that while we strive for timely delivery, Coastal Lane Boutique cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as shipments are handled by third-party carriers once they leave our facility.
3. International Shipping
We’re excited to now offer international shipping! Coastal Lane Boutique currently ships to the following regions: Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and Mexico.

Currency Conversion

International customers can shop in their local currency. Simply select your preferred currency in the site menu (top right on desktop, bottom of the menu on mobile).

Duties & Taxes (DDP – Delivered Duties Paid)

To create a seamless experience, all international orders have duties and taxes collected upfront at checkout through Shopify’s Managed Markets.

This means customers will see the full cost of their order, including customs fees, before placing their purchase.

Shopify then handles the payment of these fees to the proper authorities, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

While Coastal Lane Boutique cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages during transit, we want to help you as much as we can.
